This Fall Protection Training course is designed to provide workers and supervisors with the knowledge and practical skills needed to recognize fall hazards and implement effective fall protection systems in the workplace. The training focuses on OSHA compliant practices used in construction, maintenance, and general industry environments where employees are exposed to fall risks. Participants will learn how to identify common fall hazards, properly select and use fall protection equipment, and understand the requirements for fall prevention, fall arrest, and safe work procedures when working at heights. The course covers key topics, for example: • OSHA fall protection requirements (29 CFR 1926 Subpart M and applicable general industry standards) • Identification of fall hazards on construction and industrial job sites • Types of fall protection systems including guardrails, personal fall arrest systems, and safety nets • Proper inspection, use, and maintenance of harnesses, lanyards, and anchor points • Ladder and scaffold safety considerations • Responsibilities of workers, supervisors, and competent persons This course includes both classroom instruction and practical demonstrations to ensure participants understand how to properly use fall protection equipment!
